Manitoba Blue Cross adds social workers and counsellors to clinical psychology benefit

Taking care of our mental health is more important than ever, and we want to ensure members can get the help they need. As part of our ongoing commitment to mental health services, we have added eligible social workers and counsellors to the clinical psychology benefit under our extended health benefits plan. (Previously, only coverage for treatment by a clinical psychologist was eligible.)

This expands the list of providers and makes mental health supports more accessible.
